The initial meetings are about listening and getting to know you, how you live or work, and getting to know your site. We seek input from you at every stage of the design and project delivery process so that the outcome is as much a reflection of you as it is us. Whether it is a small house addition or a multi-unit apartment building, we use 3D software for all projects, for all stages – from conceptual design through to construction documentation. Our communication of the design to you can range from hand sketches to fully rendered 360 degree perspective images from the computer model. If required we can also offer full building information modelling (BIM) with external consultants for larger projects.
